Our freeze-dried microgreens come in a shelf-stable spice jar you can keep in the cupboard or take on the go, ready for any recipe. Anti-Inflammatory Blend is one of our house recipes: broccoli, basil, mustard wasabi, Swiss chard, freeze-dried and blended into one savory sprinkle.

How to use
  • Use ½–1 tsp per serving
  • Shake over eggs and avocado toast
  • Stir into grain bowls and soups at the end
  • Blend into smoothies
  • Toss with roasted vegetables
Ingredients

Broccoli · Basil · Mustard wasabi · Swiss chard

What each green brings
  • BroccoliNaturally contains glucoraphanin, which becomes sulforaphane. Sulforaphane is studied for supporting the body's own antioxidant defenses (the Nrf2 pathway) and a normal inflammatory response.
  • BasilIts aroma comes partly from linalool, which is studied for supporting calm (via GABA-A receptors) and a normal inflammatory response.
  • Mustard wasabiIts wasabi-like heat comes from allyl isothiocyanate (AITC, formed from sinigrin), which supports the Nrf2 antioxidant response. It also adds vitamin C.
  • Swiss chardA source of magnesium and potassium. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function and healthy GABA/NMDA balance.
Storage & shelf life

The science behind it

How Anti-Inflammatory supports your body

The pathways researchers study for the compounds in these greens, in plain English.

01

Nrf2 & NF-κB balance

Sulforaphane from broccoli supports the Nrf2 antioxidant pathway and is studied for helping keep NF-κB, a key inflammation signal, in balance. AITC from mustard wasabi also supports Nrf2.

02

Linalool from basil

Studied for supporting a normal inflammatory response.

03

Magnesium

Swiss chard magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function.

Whole-food effects are milder and more supportive than the isolated extracts used in research studies. This is not medical advice; talk to your healthcare provider about your own needs.
