A clean, peppery radish bite on crisp, often pink-tinged stems. Adds color and a little heat. We grow our radish microgreens hydroponically in Conroe from certified organic, non-GMO seed, harvest them on Friday and deliver them Friday through the weekend, so they reach you fresh.

How to use

Finish tacos, burgers and BBQ plates
Garnish sushi, ramen and pho
Wake up deviled eggs and avocado toast
Add bite to a mild salad mix

Pairs well with: Brisket, fish, eggs, avocado, lime

Storage & shelf life

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives (ideally 34–40°F) in the closed clamshell. Keep the greens dry and rinse them gently just before eating. Best within 7–10 days of delivery.

Delivery

Harvested Friday, delivered Saturday and Sunday to Montgomery County (free, no minimum) and the rest of Greater Houston ($15, no minimum). Order by Friday 6 PM for Friday pickup and weekend delivery. Delivery details
