Need an easy addition to your meals? Our prepackaged half-pound salads start with lettuce we grow hydroponically and get topped with fresh microgreens. They're ready to eat at home or on the go, with no prep. Red iceberg and romaine topped with our Crunchy Mix microgreens.
How to use
- Eat as-is with your favorite dressing
- Add grilled chicken, shrimp or steak for a full meal
- Pack it for a no-prep lunch

Storage & shelf life
Keep refrigerated. Best within 3–5 days. Dressing isn't included, so add your favorite.
Delivery
Harvested Friday, delivered Saturday and Sunday to Montgomery County (free, no minimum) and the rest of Greater Houston ($15, no minimum). Order by Friday 6 PM for Friday pickup and weekend delivery. Delivery details
