Basil microgreens, packed in a 2oz container, bring the sweet, aromatic flavor of fresh basil in a tender, bite-sized green. They taste like full-grown basil, only softer, so they work anywhere you would use basil leaves. Scatter them over pasta, pizza and caprese salad, tuck them into sandwiches and wraps, blend them into pesto, or finish soups, eggs and grain bowls with a handful. Add them at the end of cooking to keep the flavor bright. Basil is naturally rich in vitamin K and also brings vitamins A and C plus natural antioxidant compounds. Vitamin K supports normal bone health, and vitamin C supports normal immune function.

Hydroponically grown in Conroe, TX from certified organic, non-GMO seed. Harvested Friday and delivered Friday through the weekend. Storage: keep them refrigerated in their container and keep them dry. If you like to rinse them, do it just before eating.
