A beech wood handle provides firm grip for easy maneuverability while scrubbing pan walls and exterior surfaces.
Like many natural materials, the beech wood handle will develop a darker patina and smooth texture over time. With extended use, small cracks may appear along the grain of the wood.
Made in Germany, from fully biodegradable and compostable materials.
How to use
- Searing, sautéing, frying, roasting and baking
- Stovetop, oven or campfire
Care
Care: rinse with hot water and a brush, dry completely over low heat, then wipe on a very thin coat of oil. Avoid soaking and the dishwasher. (General cast iron care; see Field Company's guide.)
