Description

Tastes like a fresh snap pea: crisp stems, tender leaves and curly tendrils. We grow our peas microgreens hydroponically in Conroe from certified organic, non-GMO seed, harvest them on Friday and deliver them Friday through the weekend, so they reach you fresh.

How to use

Pile onto sandwiches, wraps and burgers
Toss into salads and grain bowls
Stir into a stir-fry in the last 30 seconds
Blend into smoothies or a bright green pesto

Pairs well with: Lemon, mint, feta, sesame, ginger

Storage & shelf life

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives (ideally 34–40°F) in the closed clamshell. Keep the greens dry and rinse them gently just before eating. Best within 7–10 days of delivery.

Delivery

Harvested Friday, delivered Saturday and Sunday to Montgomery County (free, no minimum) and the rest of Greater Houston ($15, no minimum). Order by Friday 6 PM for Friday pickup and weekend delivery. Delivery details
