Description

All the bright, citrusy cilantro flavor in a delicate, tender microgreen. We grow our cilantro microgreens hydroponically in Conroe from certified organic, non-GMO seed, harvest them on Friday and deliver them Friday through the weekend, so they reach you fresh.

How to use

Shower over tacos, fajitas and enchiladas
Fold into salsa, guacamole and pico
Top curries, rice bowls and pho
Blend into chimichurri or green sauces

Pairs well with: Lime, jalapeño, avocado, coconut, grilled meats

Storage & shelf life

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives (ideally 34–40°F) in the closed clamshell. Keep the greens dry and rinse them gently just before eating. Best within 7–10 days of delivery.

Delivery

Harvested Friday, delivered Saturday and Sunday to Montgomery County (free, no minimum) and the rest of Greater Houston ($15, no minimum). Order by Friday 6 PM for Friday pickup and weekend delivery. Delivery details
