Mild, fresh brassica flavor without the strong cooked-broccoli taste. An easy everyday green. We grow our broccoli microgreens hydroponically in Conroe from certified organic, non-GMO seed, harvest them on Friday and deliver them Friday through the weekend, so they reach you fresh.

How to use

Layer into sandwiches and wraps
Fold into omelets and scrambles at the end
Blend into smoothies
Make a microgreen pesto

Pairs well with: Eggs, garlic, parmesan, lemon, chili flake

Storage & shelf life

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives (ideally 34–40°F) in the closed clamshell. Keep the greens dry and rinse them gently just before eating. Best within 7–10 days of delivery.

Delivery

Harvested Friday, delivered Saturday and Sunday to Montgomery County (free, no minimum) and the rest of Greater Houston ($15, no minimum). Order by Friday 6 PM for Friday pickup and weekend delivery. Delivery details
